Student Permits

Student Permits

International students looking to complete their studies in Canada are almost always required to obtain a permit. These rules apply to people who are not current residents of Canada or permanent residents.
This permit is available and issued at the Canadian Embassy closest to the applicant’s home of residence and is placed in the student’s passport. Once this permit is obtained, the student’s passport will show they are a temporary resident student. Of course certain courses and students in certain situations do not require this permit to study in Canada.

John Abrams and his team of immigration specialists understand the complexities of these study permit applications and can assist you in filling them out with no errors, and acquiring and filing the correct paperwork, such as proof of acceptance into a Canadian school, college or university, proof of funding for your studies as well as documentation showing you are in good health.
